The Pontiac G8 Sport Truck was first previewed at the 2008 New York auto show. The real-wheel drive sport truck was produced by an Australian based subsidiary, the Australian General Motors Inc. The 385 lb of torque in the V8 engine bundled up with a 6 speed transmission speed system gives the G8 ST an incredible acceleration of 0 to 60 mph in just 5.4 seconds, while the Active Fuel Management Technology in this beast provides satisfactory car like fuel economy.
